From practice, for practice.
Goldschmitt originated from a simple realization: standard solutions are not always sufficient. As early as the 1980s, we began addressing the challenges posed by the increasing weight and unique requirements that motorhomes place on chassis and suspension systems. What started out of practical necessity back then continues to define our company today. We do not develop products in the abstract; rather, we create solutions for real-world needs. Our goal is to understand technical challenges and develop products that offer tangible benefits in everyday use.
More than just products – solutions with added value.
Our work does not begin with individual components, but rather with the needs of our customers. For this reason, we always view vehicles as a complete system, developing solutions that provide lasting improvements to driving comfort, safety, and everyday practicality. Quality, reliability, and a spirit of innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Every development is aimed at making travel more pleasant and driving safer—whether for a motorhome, a van, or a commercial vehicle.
Shaping the future together.
Behind every solution are people with a passion for technology. Whether in development, production, assembly, sales, marketing, or administration—various departments at Goldschmitt work closely together to transform ideas into successful products. For you, this means short communication channels, direct collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas. You may have already noticed that we use the informal “Du” (the German informal “you”) on our careers page and in our job advertisements. We do this intentionally, as an open, straightforward, and respectful culture—where everyone is treated as an equal—is at the heart of our company. The results of your work are tangible, making a concrete contribution to helping people travel more safely, comfortably, and with greater peace of mind. After all, our driving force has remained the same for over four decades: to improve vehicle chassis, make vehicles safer, and make travel more comfortable.
