While additional leaf or coil springs at the rear axle restore ride height and spring performance cost-effectively, flexible air suspension systems allow variable adaptation to different load conditions. In certain cases, we also recommend reinforcements at the front axle to safely absorb the additional stress caused by the rear load. Reinforced coil springs or full air suspension systems at the front axle improve suspension characteristics, driving and braking behaviour, and ensure maximum safety. To ensure the payload upgrade functions reliably, we make certain that the wheels and tyres can permanently support the increased axle and gross loads.
